Lachlan Morton: ‘The WorldTour feels different
this time around’.
"Lachlan
Morton quietly made his return to the WorldTour in January
at Australia’s Santos Tour down Under.
Several weeks later at the Tour of Oman, Morton wasn’t so quiet. Morton rode aggressively near the front of the pack on Oman’s hardest days, finishing 14th on stage 2, 10th on stage 3, and 7th on the stage 5 climb to Green Mountain." (velonews.com) (Photo: Tim De Waele) February 28, 2017

Danny Nelissen: The flying Dutchman who
conquered the Andes.
"For
many, the 1995 World Championships men’s professional
road-race in Duitama, Colombia is remembered as one of the
most spectacularly brutal in cycling’s modern-day history.
The wet weather, racing at altitude 2,500 meters above sea level and the staggering amount of climbing demanded by the road circuit all helped lift the 1995 Worlds to a level of difficulty similar to the legendary Worlds in Sallanches in 1980." (cyclingnews.com) (Bettini Photo) February 28, 2017

BMC Roadmachine RM01 Ultegra 2017 road bike –
review.
"BMC
launched the Roadmachine in 2016 as a ‘one-bike solution’,
claiming that you can genuinely ‘have it all’ in one steed –
from racy responsiveness and sheer speed, to the compliance
and geometry of an endurance bike.
We’ve always been wary of do-it-all claims, but with the Roadmachine, finally we have a bike that truly does feel at home in any scenario, on practically any road. In fact – for what is theoretically a compromise from conception – it’s superb." (roadcyclinguk.com) February 28, 2017
At what point does aero become more significant
than weight?
"Should
you go for an aero bike or a lightweight bike?
Should you ride deep section wheels or lightweight climbing hoops? Assuming we all want to go as fast as possible, we first need to consider the point at which the advantage of reducing aerodynamic drag begins to beat lighter, less aero equipment." (cyclingweekly.co.uk) February 28, 2017

Where is the value in a carbon wheelset?
"There
is no other part of a bike that can rival the appeal of
wheels when owners start to think about an upgrade. Indeed,
I get more questions about wheelsets as an upgrade than any
other part of the bike, and it’s surprising how well
informed consumers are."
