Tour de France: Pogacar stamps his authority
on the race on Col du Portet.
"The
Slovenian, who split the general classification
contender's group with an attack halfway up the
16-kilometer hors-catégorie climb, took podium contenders
Jonas Vingegaard (Jumbo Visma) and Richard Carapaz (Ineos
Grenadiers) with him as second-placed man Rigoberto Urán
(EF Education Nippo) dropped off the podium."

(Jumbo Visma) and Richard Carapaz (Ineos Grenadiers) in
the final 10km of the relentlessly steep finishing climb,
and beat Vingegaard in a sprint to the line by three
seconds."

helped me peak for Tokyo Olympics.

opted to head home during the second rest day in Andorra

never nap."

Tour de France Stage 17 Preview.
"A
green-jersey contender may well get into the day’s early
breakaway because the route is virtually flat for 115
kilometers until the day’s intermediate sprint at Luchon;
but even if the break gets a 10-minute lead it won’t have
the stage won given the tremendously difficult 65
kilometers that remain."

Five talking points from stage 16 of the Tour
de France 2021.
"Another
day, another victory from a spectacular solo attack.
Patrick Konrad (Bora Hansgrohe) took his cue from the many
riders who have won stages at this Tour de France with
long-range attacks by striking out alone almost 40km from
the finish."

"There’s
plenty of climbing - but even more descending - on this
third Pyrenean stage. It starts with a half-hour
neutralized descent from 2,400 to 1,000 meters in
elevation…and continues downhill until the day’s first
climb starts 40 kilometers later."

fundraising initiative for World Bicycle Relief. So far,
Morton has raised over Ł300,000 (US$417,000 / AU$558,000).

"I’ve
recently tested four of the latest aero road bikes from
Cannondale, Felt, Vitus and Scott - and beyond assessing
the performance of each individual bike, it proved a usual
