Winners and losers of the Stage 3 TTT.
"Tom
Dumoulin’s Sunweb team finished fifth, and he now
sits seventh overall, but he was very much a
winner. Lawson Craddock, riding with a fractured
scapula, was dropped by his EF Education First
Drapac teammates 3km from the finish line, but he
was a big, big winner."

As you
probably surmised, it's been a tough weekend. I was
not able to do much, mostly sleep. The issue being
dizziness, when sitting up for more than a few minutes
my vision would go dark and I felt like I was going to
pass out.
I asked the surgeon about it today and it turns out I have blood loss anemia. Odd, but knowing what it is seems to make it easier to deal with. Everything else is healing pretty much as it should (I do not think my femur could hold any more metal - top to bottom metal!). Thanks! July 9,

Wahoo Headwind Fan In-Depth Review.
"I’ve
written many in-depth reviews over the years.
Trainers, GPS watches, action cams, drones…and
yes, even a blender once (I still have the
blender, it’s awesome). But, never a fan. But
there’s a first time for everything, and today is
that day. A review of a fan. And to be more
precise, a really expensive fan."

Team Tour Rejects.
"Every
year a few riders lose out on a start in the Tour
de France. The likes of Caleb Ewan and Nacer
Bouhanni are left fuming and other strong riders
who may have been able to go for stage wins are
left frustrated too. At the same time the wildcard
teams lack luster, reduce to going on fruitless
long range breaks for notoriety. "
