Thursday's Tour of Algarve Stage 2 departs Faro at 11:50am local (12:50pm CET, 6:50am U.S. Eastern) and is expected at the finish at Lagoa at around 4:27pm local (5:27pm CET, 11:27am U.S. Eastern).  Tour of Algarve live video streaming is expected to begin at around 3:30pm local (4:30pm CET, 10:30am U.S. Eastern) via RTP Portugal, with Eurosport coverage scheduled to start 15 minutes later.

When it comes to tires, I’m a bit of a broken record. GO BIGGER! I don’t understand why anyone who’s out riding a road bike would ride anything smaller than a true 23mm (most labeled 23mm tires are narrower when measured with calipers). Rolling resistance goes down for the same model of tire when width goes up. Puncture resistance is better. So is comfort.
