InnerRing: Bradley Wiggins sprints to win Stage 1 of the Tour de Romandie. There’s rarely a single winning moment in a stage race, instead a series of consistent performances. In plain arithmetic third place in the prologue and victory in the final mountain time trial delivered the result. But so did the sprint victory with the 10 second time bonus and above all the sign of confidence.

VeloNation: Tour of Turkey double stage winner doesn’t believe in himself just yet.

Trixi Worrack: Today was the hardest stage of the tour from visible view,  1600m of climbing . Lucky the weather got better the last 3 days. They nearly had to take out the first long climb , because there was still snow on top of it couple days ago. It would have made the whole race different , because that was the hardest climb of the day and our plan was to attack straight away on this one.

CyclingNews: With the daylight completely gone, downtown Athens, Georgia was in full party mode – just in time for the men's Terrapin Twilight Criterium. The field was racing for 80 laps on the one kilometer rectangular course.
