The
pedal is an important link between you and your road bike. Of the three

is all going through the pedals to the crank and ultimately propelling
the bike. So getting the right pedal is crucial.

"The
rest of the world should watch out. According to British Cycling head
coach Shane Sutton, Great Britain is on the hunt as it moves ever
closer to the London Olympic Games in August. Sutton was speaking at
the end of day two at the London velodrome after four world records
were shattered in a thrilling day of racing."
The

At
least somebody is happy about the official new standings of the 2010
Tour de France. The recent ruling by the court for Arbitration in SPort
has removed Alberto Contador as the winner and everyone has moved up
the standings.
"Lance
Armstrong rode this climb regularly as a test of his form (his record
was just over 30 minutes), and it gains 927 meters from sea level over
13km, the average gradient is 6.7%, with a max at 10%. We
were under no illusions of challenging Lance’s record, so it was a
“start out slow, then dial ‘er back” kind of pace."

with the arrangement.

Having
been awarded the 2010 Tour de France title in a courtroom earlier this
month following the CAS ruling on Alberto Contador, Andy Schleck
(RadioShack-Nissan) is confident that he can win it on the road in
2012. Much has been made of the fact that Schleck's chances this year
will be increased by Contador's absence, but the 26-year-old from
Luxembourg reckons he is well placed to win regardless of what anyone
else does or doesn't do.
