CyclingFans: Tuesday's Tour de Suisse Stage 4 departs Aarberg at 12:27pm CET (6:27am U.S. Eastern) and is expected at the finish at Trimbach/Olten at around 5:15pm CET (11:15am U.S. Eastern).  Tour de Suisse live streaming video should get underway at around 3:45pm CET (9:45am U.S. Eastern).

VeloNews: Chris Horner will not race the Tour de France, according to a preliminary roster released by the RadioShack-Nissan team on Monday. The team announced the 14-rider long list for the race, which includes Andy and Fränk Schleck, Fabian Cancellara and Jens Voigt, but not Horner.

PodiumCafe: Bradley Wiggins won the Critérium du Dauphiné over this past weekend. I don't think the result came as a surprise to anyone, really. Wiggins has by now established himself as a formidable talent in these short stage races, especially short stage races with long time trials.
