SteepHill: Stage 1 starts out flat as the peloton heads down the west side of Malaysia starting from the far northwest part of the country in Kanger.  Start time: Wednesday 10:00 MYT (6:00:00 PM PST).  The race starts Thursday in Asia and Europe, but Wednesday evening in North America.
