CyclingFans: Tuesday's Criterium du Dauphine Stage 3 departs Ambérieu-en-Bugey at 10:35am CET (4:35am U.S. Eastern) and is expected at the finish at Tarare at around 2:40pm CET (8:40am U.S. Eastern).  Criterium du Dauphine live streaming video should get underway at around 1:00pm CET (7:00am U.S. Eastern).
