CyclingFans: Thursday's 4 Days of Dunkirk Stage 2 departs Lewarde Centre Historique Minier at 12:15pm CET (6:15am U.S. Eastern) and is expected at the finish at Douchy-les-Mines at around 4:44pm CET (10:44am U.S. Eastern).  Four Days of Dunkirk live video streaming should get underway at around 3:00pm CET (9:00am U.S. Eastern).
