road.cc: Sunday's Paris-Nice Prologue, a 2.9km Individual Time Trial at Houilles, gets underway with the departure of the first rider at 1:37pm CET (7:37am U.S. Eastern).  Paris-Nice live streaming video should get underway at around 3:20pm CET (9:20am U.S. Eastern).
