CyclingFans:  Wednesday's Tour de France Stage 17, a 32km Individual Time Trial from Embrun to Chorges, gets underway at around 10:17am CET (4:17am U.S. Eastern) with the departure of the first rider. Tour de France live streaming video should get underway at around 2:00pm CET (8:00am U.S. Eastern).
