CyclingFans:  Saturday's Tour de France Stage 20 departs Annecy at 1:30pm CET (7:30am U.S. Eastern) and is expected at the finish at Annecy-Semnoz at around 5:02pm CET (11:02am U.S. Eastern).  Tour de France live streaming video should get underway at around 1:30pm CET (7:30am U.S. Eastern).
