Photo: New company on the scene, Secret Training, makes proper skin care easy.
Every cyclist has his or her own race day ritual, but more often than not, taking good care of the skin is often left out – we hastily shave our legs in our cheap hotel room and then absentmindedly roll to the line without leg warmers or sunscreen because we forgot them in the car. (bikerumor.com)

So long as you’re combining their Freeza rotors with the Ice-Tech finned brake pads, Shimano recommends 140mm rotors for all rider sizes/weights. Despite my initial skepticism, they proved to be plenty powerful and held up to dragging on long descents. (bikerumor.com)

"I had the opportunity to ride a favorite classic René Herse again recently. This is the bike that started the current trend of 650B bikes in North America. It’s the bike that made us re-evaluate front-end geometries and wide tires. It’s truly the ancestor of the bikes we ride today, and it has been hugely influential." (janheine.wordpress.com)
