After a few days in the UK, before heading to France, the peloton was already down one of the most important riders of the past few years. Australia's summer calendar has a new international addition with the UCI-sanctioned Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race announced today. The event, named in honor of Australia's only Tour de France champion, will tackle the Victoria coastline along the famous Great Ocean Road in late summer. (sbs.com.au)
