October 25, 2014 In
2014, Winnipeg hosts a weekend with the Canadian National Championships
followed by the Manitoba Grand Prix UCI Race. The course begins with
sweeping grass turns and off-cambers within view of Winnipeg’s brand
new Museum of Human Rights.
By the time a quarter of a lap is finished, however, the course takes a large departure from the grass, dirt and mud known so well to traditional cyclocross. Pavement and cobblestone stretches turn the course into an urban environment, which should create some fast racing over the next two days. (cxmagazine.com) October 25, 2014 "With
